Free Mixing Dispersion Lab Tests
Mixing and dispersing your product in our testing lab. No charge.
KADY® International would be pleased to conduct mixing/dispersion tests with your product using our test lab at our facility in Scarborough, Maine. To accomplish this, it is necessary for your company to provide the following:
- FOB our factory all ingredients (except tap water) to be used in the batch, plus any cleanup solvents/soaps, etc. Please also include the mixing requirements as a percentage, either by weight or volume, as well as any special mixing, blending or dispersing instructions. Consult with our test lab personel as to any special mixing equipment requirements for on-site analysis or special handling procedures.
- All containers of materials to be mixed, including those required for batch samples, as well as empty containers to return batch and used cleanup materials, which will be returned to you FOB our factory. Please provide your Fedex or UPS account number for expedited delivery of all mixed materials.
- Material Safety data sheets relating to the ingredients to be mixed and solvent are required prior to beginning any mixing lab tests:
- MSD sheets are required for our review prior to sending the test material(s). b) MSD sheets for finished mixed product are required for the purpose of identifying "flash point" of the final test product(s) for handling and shipping.
- All materials, raw and processed, must be permissible to legally ship under U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and U. S. Department of Transportation rules and regulation using common carriers.
